A Burattino Általános Iskola és Gimnázium, Gyermekotthon 2022 után 2023-ban is elnyerte a Starbucks Alapítvány Global Community Impact Grants programjának támogatását, amellyel az egyesület hozzájárul a fiatalok fejlődéséhez, valamint a befogadás és a sokszínűség népszerűsítéséhez.
A Global Community Impact Grants kezdeményezés célja, hogy világszerte 2030-ig összesen 30 millió dolláros befektetéssel járuljon hozzá a fiatalok fejlődéséhez, a befogadás, a sokszínűség és a szociális szolgáltatások támogatásához, az éhezés enyhítéséhez, a helyi gazdasági lehetőségek megteremtéséhez, valamint a kávé-, tea- és kakaóbab termesztő közösségek boldogulásához. A kezdeti szakaszban az alapítvány 30 országban több mint 50 támogatást ajánlott fel, ezzel a program a vállalat emberközpontú gondolkodásmódjának kiterjesztéseként járul hozzá a Starbucks kávézólánccal kapcsolatba kerülők életminőségének fejlesztéséhez.
A Burattino Általános Iskola és Gimnázium, Gyermekotthon szociálisan hátrányos helyzetű gyermekekkel és fiatalokkal foglalkozik. A Gyermekotthon célja a támogatással, hogy lehetőséget teremtsen a hátrányos helyzetű fiatalok számára, hogy minél többször jussanak el tanulmányi versenyekre, kulturális eseményekre, nyári táborokba, valamint részt vehessenek különböző tehetséggondozó programokon. A Burattino a támogatást a két év alatt mintegy 600 magyarországi fiatal támogatására fordítja mentor- és készségfejlesztő programokon keresztül, amelyekkel segítik őket a formális oktatás befejezésében, valamint szociális és mentálhigiéniás szolgáltatásokat tesznek számukra elérhetővé az adománynak köszönhetően.
A Burattino a Starbucks Alapítvány támogatásával a két év alatt az alábbi programokat valósítja meg:
• Élménypedagógiai képzés
• Mentorálás, fejlesztő pedagógia, tehetségsegítés
• Informatika
• Szociális munka, egyéni és családterápia, követő pedagógia
• Burattino tábor - Erdei Iskola
• Kulturális és sportprogramok
• Kiemelt segítséget nyújt a szociálisan és mentálisan hátrányos helyzetű gyermekeknek a válságos időszakok megélésében
• Átmenetileg gondozott gyermekek teljes körű ellátására
• Ukrajna területéről érkező menekültek támogatása

For the second year, Burattino Elementary School and High School, Children's Home won the Starbucks Foundation's Global Community Impact Grant

After 2022, the Burattino Elementary School and High School, Children's Home won the support of the Starbucks Foundation's Global Community Impact Grants program in 2023, with which the association contributes to the development of young people and to promote inclusion and diversity.
The aim of the Global Community Impact Grants initiative is to contribute a total of 30 million dollars worldwide by 2030 to the development of young people, the support of inclusion, diversity and social services, the alleviation of hunger, the creation of local economic opportunities, and coffee, for the prosperity of tea and cocoa bean growing communities. In the initial phase, the foundation offered more than 50 grants in 30 countries, thus the program contributes to the improvement of the quality of life of those who come into contact with the Starbucks coffee chain as an extension of the company's human-centered way of thinking.
Burattino Primary School and High School, Children's Home deals with socially disadvantaged children and young people. The aim of Burattino with the support is to create an opportunity for disadvantaged young people to attend academic competitions, cultural events, summer camps as often as possible, as well as to participate in various talent development programs. Burattino will use the grant to support around 600 young people in Hungary over the course of two years through mentoring and skills development programs, which help them complete their formal education, and make social and mental health services available to them thanks to the donation.
With the support of the Starbucks Foundation, Burattino will implement the following programs over the course of two years:
• Experiential education training
• Mentoring, developmental pedagogy, talent support
• IT
• Social work, individual and family therapy, follow-up pedagogy
• Burattino camp - Forest School
• Cultural and sports programs
• It provides special assistance to socially and mentally disadvantaged children in times of crisis
• For full care of children in temporary care
• Support for refugees coming from the territory of Ukraine
